Celcuity VIKTORIA-1 Subgroup Shows Longer PFS Than Alpelisib
In PIK3CA-mutated HR-positive/HER2-negative advanced breast cancer without liver metastases, median PFS was 21.5 months with the triplet regimen and 11.5 months with the doublet, versus 9.1 months with alpelisib plus fulvestrant. TEAE discontinuations were 5% and 4%, respectively, versus 19% with alpelisib.
