Cayson acquisition and Mango end merger; SPAC resumes target hunt
Cayson Acquisition entered a Termination Agreement on Sep 2, 2026 to mutually end its Jul 11, 2025 merger agreement with Mango Financial Group. Mango will pay certain expenses previously agreed under the deal.
