Castec Korea executive Lee Hakchul lifts stake to 38.01% from 35.62%
Lee Hakchul raised his stake to 9,221,288 shares from 8,642,246 shares. The disclosure said related parties bought shares on the open market and a new joint-holding agreement covered 361,854 shares.
