Additional Descartes-08 retreatment data in generalized myasthenia gravis were presented at the 2026 AANEM meeting, with deep symptom improvement held through 12 months and no new safety concerns. Cartesian expects Phase 3 AURORA topline data in 1Q27 and plans a mid-2027 BLA filing.
