Carlyle Research Chief Warns Against Excessive Private Credit Exposure to AI
Carlyle’s head of global research and investment strategy, Jason Thomas, said investors should limit exposure to the AI ecosystem to roughly 15%. He warned that private credit could account for about 40% of assets under management in AI-related financing as the buildout may require up to $1 trillion in private credit.
