Canadian Dollar Hits One-Month High as Rate Gap Narrows
The loonie strengthened against the US dollar as oil prices rose and the gap between US and Canadian interest rates narrowed. USD/CAD traded 0.3% higher at 1.4007 per US dollar, with the Canadian dollar at 71.39 US cents.
