Cambium Networks Sells Remaining Business to Univastu for $5.1 Million
Cambium Networks completed the sale of its remaining product lines, intellectual property and global subsidiaries to Univastu UK on Oct. 14, 2026, for approximately $5.1 million in cash. The deal includes rights to the Cambium brand and cnMaestro platform.
