Calviks acquires 70% of Norway's Subshore for 178.5 million NOK
Calviks AB has agreed to buy 70% of Norway's Subshore for an enterprise value of 255 million Norwegian kroner (NOK), with an initial price of 178.5 million NOK. Two performance-based additional purchase prices may be payable after closing.
