Calviks Issues SEK 650M Bonds to Fund Five Acquisitions
Calviks issued SEK 650 million of senior secured bonds, with a three-year maturity and a coupon of 3M STIBOR +8%, to refinance debt and fund five Norwegian acquisitions. The acquisitions add approximately SEK 119 million in annual EBITDA; pro forma revenue is just over SEK 3.5 billion and EBITDA is SEK 231 million.
