Calviks AB (publ) acquires Safe Bemanning in Norway deal worth NOK 55.4 million
Calviks AB (publ) said it is acquiring Safe Bemanning and strengthening its Norwegian investment platform Norvika, with the deal based on an enterprise value of NOK 55.4 million cash and debt-free. Up to three additional purchase prices may be payable based on earnings performance.
