Calisa Acquisition prepaid forward for up to 3.0M shares
Calisa Acquisition entered a Prepaid Forward Purchase Agreement with Goodvision AI and funds managed by Harraden Circle Investments to help retain cash through its pending merger with Goodvision. The purchaser may buy up to 3,000,000 Calisa ordinary shares at no more than the redemption price.
