Caixabank assesses potential bid for BNP Paribas' Cetelem unit
Spanish lender Caixabank has hired Morgan Stanley to evaluate a potential acquisition of Cetelem, BNP Paribas' consumer lending business in Spain and Portugal, according to a report by financial newspaper Expansion.
