Caesars shareholders set Sept. 22 vote on $17.6B buyout
Shareholders of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR) will vote Sept. 22 on Tilman Fertitta’s $17.6B all-cash buyout that would take CZR private and delist it from Nasdaq. Directors Jesse Lynn and Ted Papapostolou resigned, and Icahn Group waived replacement rights.
