CTT Pharmaceutical pursues EU Unitary Patent; signs term sheet for funding
CTT Pharmaceutical Holdings said it moved to a Unitary Patent covering 18 EU states, plans validations, and signed a term sheet for a potential capital raise. It also said it is in talks on clinical trials, manufacturing, and a university partnership, with CEO pay shifting to performance-based in Q1 2027.
