CTOS Digital Berhad announces change in Employee Share Option Scheme Committee
Nirmala A/P Doraisamy resigned from the Employee Share Option Scheme Committee on Sept 21, 2026, following her resignation as Independent Non-Executive Director. With effect from Sept 25, 2026, the committee will comprise Lynette Yeow Su-Yin, Putri Norlisa Binti Mohd Najib, and Mizran Bin Md Nahar.
