CTOS DIGITAL BERHAD: MADAM NIRMALA A/P DORAISAMY CEASES AS NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE MEMBER
Madam Nirmala A/P Doraisamy, 59, has ceased her role as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of CTOS Digital Berhad. The change was effective September 21, 2026. Lynette Yeow Su-Yin will continue as Chairperson, and Mizran Bin Md Nahar remains a member of the committee.
