CPI Card Group starts underwritten secondary offering of 2,337,323 shares
CPI Card Group said affiliated selling stockholders have commenced an underwritten secondary public offering of 2,337,323 common shares. The underwriters are expected to receive a 30-day option for up to 350,598 additional shares.
