COO heads for 52-week low after Q3 miss and analyst downgrades
Cooper Companies Inc. shares fell more than 15% in Thursday premarket and were on track for a fresh 52-week low after fiscal third-quarter results. Two analysts downgraded the medical-device maker, and the stock was on track for its biggest single-day fall since May 2025.
