CODI pushes back payment date for third-party rights offering to Oct. 16
The CODI revised its Aug. 27 third-party share placement, pushing the payment date to Oct. 16 from Oct. 12. New shares are now expected to list on Nov. 6, delayed from Nov. 2. The deal covers 318,066 common shares priced at KRW 4,716 each, raising KRW 1,499,999,256 for working capital.
