CFTC secures over $30 million in fines against Fundsz fraud defendants
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced it has secured a court judgment of over $30 million against two defendants for their participation in a digital assets and precious metals fraud scheme. The court ordered the defendants to pay the fines.
