CENIT AG supervisory board elects new chairman and vice chairman
Klaus Weinmann was elected chairman and Uwe Kemm vice chairman after their appointment by the Stuttgart Local Court. The supervisory board said it now consists of Weinmann, Kemm and Laura Schmidt.
