C.H. Robinson to Acquire RXO for $4.5 Billion
C.H. Robinson has signed an agreement to acquire RXO in a cash-and-stock transaction. The deal, expected to close in the first half of 2027, offers RXO shareholders an all-cash alternative of $30.25 per share, subject to proration. C.H. Robinson secured a bridge loan to backstop the cash consideration.
