C-Site corrects 2026 half-year filing to add treasury-share disclosures
C-Site filed a corrected semiannual report for the six months ended June 30, 2026, adding previously omitted self-stock disclosures. It said it holds 1,303 treasury common shares (0.02%), acquired in 2023 through a merger, and is considering canceling the shares around its March 2027 annual shareholders’ meeting.
