ByteDance, Tencent and Lenovo expand Saudi tech footprint at LEAP
ByteDance’s BytePlus is partnering with Mobily on first physical cloud infrastructure in Riyadh. Tencent Cloud secured a Saudi operating license, building on $150 million invested. Lenovo plans Riyadh laptop mass production by year-end.
