Byline Bancorp files Form 8-K disclosure
Byline Bancorp said in a Form 8-K filing that there are no family relationships between Messrs. McGuire or Hawthorne and any director or executive officer of the company or the bank. It also said neither man has a material interest in reportable transactions under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
