Bulten sets 2027 annual shareholder meeting in Gothenburg
Bulten will hold its annual general meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden on April 29, 2027. Shareholders will vote on proposals for the AGM chair, board size, election of directors and the board chair. Ballots are also set to cover director remuneration, including committee fees, plus the number of auditors and audit fees. Di
