Buffalo Potash Enters LOI to Sell Disley West Royalty for C$8.5M
Altius would pay C$3.4M at closing and C$5.1M upon brine-circulation conditions for a 1.0% gross overriding royalty. The LOI also grants Altius a right of first offer on Disley East.
