Buchanan Capital Partners, Vault Partners close Houston joint venture
Buchanan Capital Partners said it closed the capitalization of Wildcat Distribution Center, a 321,120-square-foot industrial development in Southwest Houston. The project will be developed by Vault Partners and is BCP's second industrial investment in Houston this year.
