Bruker announces plasma proteome atlas preprint using timsTOF mass spectrometry
Bruker said a bioRxiv preprint describes a draft atlas of the human plasma proteome at proteoform resolution. The study identified 179,049 distinct proteoforms and 5,077 plasma protein groups.
