Broadcom Secures Role in $63 Billion Anthropic AI Financing
Broadcom announced a $63 billion SPV financing led by Bank of America, Blackstone, Citi and Morgan Stanley to purchase its AI accelerators and networking equipment for lease to Anthropic. Deliveries are expected to start in 2027, and Broadcom will provide residual value support equal to the first lien.
