Brightstar to repurchase €342.2M of 2028 notes
Brightstar accepted for purchase €342.207M of its €500M 2.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2028, leaving €157.793M outstanding. Settlement expected Sep 18, 2026, funded in part by new €500M 4.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 expected to settle Sep 17, 2026.
