Brazil eyes China as carbon-credits buyer ahead of COP31
Brazil plans a high-level visit to China next week to assess whether Beijing could buy Brazilian carbon credits and advance talks for a bilateral carbon market accord. Officials hope to announce it by COP31 in Turkey this November.
