Boxlight Secures $850,000 Series E Financing and Amends Series D Terms
Boxlight has raised $850,000 through a Series E preferred stock investment from J.J. Astor & Co. The company also amended its Series D Securities Purchase Agreement and secured consents from existing Series D holders.
