Boryung calls extraordinary shareholders meeting
Boryung will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in Seoul on Oct. 28, 2026. Shareholders will vote on approval of a plan to split off the prescription-drug sales business into a new wholly owned unit, Boryung Pharma Solution. The meeting will also vote on a plan to dispose of 1,774,000 treasury shares for emplo
