Bombay Rayon liquidation and asset transfer to Gokaldas Exports
Bombay Rayon, which faced liquidation with Rs 7,359 crore in claims, had its Tarapur plant and brands transferred to a new company. This new company, after raising Rs 240 crore, is now being absorbed by Gokaldas Exports.
