Blue Acquisition amends Blockfusion SPAC deal earnout and warrant terms
Blue Acquisition entered a Sixth Amendment to its Blockfusion business combination agreement ahead of closing, adjusting earnout and warrant terms. The maximum earnout is increased to 15,000,000 Pubco Class A shares, vesting in three tranches tied to VWAP thresholds at $13.00, $15.00 and $17.00.
