Blitzway Entertainment repurchases KRW 327,095,400 of 2nd convertible bonds
Blitzway Entertainment bought back KRW 327,095,400 of its privately placed convertible bond before maturity on Sept. 29, 2026. The repurchase covered KRW 300,000,000 in face value, including accrued interest. The bonds were issued on Oct. 27, 2023 and mature on Oct. 27, 2028, with a conversion price of KRW 10,505 per s
