Blackstone agrees to buy Flow Control for data center liquid cooling
Blackstone agreed to acquire Flow Control, a provider of flow control solutions and components for data center liquid cooling. Private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone Capital Partners and Blackstone Energy Transition Partners will buy the firm from Audax Private Equity.
