Blackstone, Warburg Explore IntraFi Sale at Over $10 Billion
Blackstone and Warburg Pincus are exploring a sale of financial technology company IntraFi that could value it at more than $10 billion, people familiar with the matter said. The firms have hired Morgan Stanley and Guggenheim.
