Black Hills Plans Bright Horizon Name and HZN Ticker After Merger
Subject to final regulatory approval and closing of its merger with NorthWestern Energy, Black Hills Corp. plans to become Bright Horizon Energy Corporation and trade on the NYSE as HZN. NorthWestern Energy would become a wholly owned subsidiary.
