Bitcoin holds above $80,000 as U.S. SEC tokenized-securities exemption advances
Bitcoin is higher in early Asian trading and remains above $80,000. The U.S. SEC introduced a five-year exemption for platforms facilitating trading of tokenized stocks and other securities via blockchain technology.
