Biohaven Licenses IgG Degraders to Ono Pharma for Japan, Select Asian Markets
Biohaven entered an exclusive IgG degrader licensing agreement with Ono Pharma covering Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and ASEAN countries. Payments include USD 80 million upfront and USD 20 million upon a milestone anticipated within a year. Ono will pay royalties of approximately 20% on net sales in the licensed territor
