BioMarin agrees to buy Alesta Therapeutics for ALE1 asset
BioMarin Pharmaceutical agreed to purchase Alesta Therapeutics, including the clinical-stage asset ALE1, for $275 million upfront plus up to $215 million in milestone payments and expects revised full-year 2026 guidance at closing.
