Big Rock Brewery amends CAD 2 million second-lien loan, extends maturity to March 31, 2027
The financing with VN Capital Fund I was repriced to ATB bank rate plus 700 basis points. Maturity is now the earlier of March 31, 2027 or new third-party mortgage or operating line financing.
