Bharat Forge completes merger of two German subsidiaries
Bharat Forge completed the merger of its German subsidiaries Bharat Forge Holding GmbH (BFH) and Bharat Forge Global Holding GmbH (BFGH). The consolidation took effect on August 25 as part of a restructuring of its German operations.
