Berjaya Property Berhad extends conditions precedent for Manjaran subscription to 30 November 2026
BProperty and Manjaran Sdn Bhd have mutually agreed to extend the period for fulfilling conditions precedent for the proposed subscription of 2.32 million new ordinary shares representing a 29% stake in Manjaran to 30 November 2026. Announcement dated 30 September 2026.
