Bending Spoons buys Miro for $1.355 billion
Bending Spoons agreed to acquire collaboration platform Miro in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at an enterprise value of $1.355 billion. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
