Bellman Group Agrees to Acquire Vägsäk, Adding Safety Business
Bellman Group signed an agreement to acquire Vägsäk AB, creating a fifth business area focused on safety. Vägsäk posted approximately SEK 221 million in net sales in 2025. Closing is subject to customary approvals and expected in the coming months.
