Beazer Homes Seeks NYSE Delisting in Connection With Merger
The company asked the NYSE to suspend trading and file a Form 25 to delist and deregister its shares under Section 12(b). The delisting will take effect 10 days after the filing; Beazer expects to file a Form 15 afterward.
