Beacon Rise intends to buy a chiropractic practice in Banbury and delist from LSE Main
Beacon Rise Holdings PLC said it intends to delist from the LSE Main Market and list on AIM in coming months, and to buy a chiropractic practice in Banbury as its first acquisition in its programme. The company said it does not anticipate declaring dividends in the foreseeable future.
